Gym Visits

Last week, I went to our academy at Negeri Sembilan for a 3-days course on Risk Based Auditing.  Usually, I rarely go out of my room outside course's hours for I rather spend my time relaxing, to the max, in my own room.  Can be considered a rare opportunity to really rest and spend my time on nothing.  This time, however, I decided to change that ritual, decided to pay a visit to the gym provided at the academy.  It was conveniently located in the hostel building itself, and to my pleasure, was quite a complete gym.   It suited my growing addiction to sports and exercises.

During my 2 nights stay at the hostel, I spent about one and a half hour in the gym, everyday, for continuous exercise.  The exercise equipment made me almost literally drool, felt like a kid in candy store.  Will definitely be the loyal and regular visitor every time I attend course in this academy, in the future.  Not willing to waste government money for not using facilities like this.  And it felt......Great....!!

Prefer this over outdoor jog. Don't know why

Upper body enhancement

Bicycle...Not quite a fan

Selfie beginner, failed. Almost tripped over, the machine was running...

  1. I actually have a desire to try 'gym'ming. That desire came naturally after doing aerobic and zumba for a while. I am not sure yet whether I am gonna like it or not. Belum cuba belum tau kan. hehehe.

I already found a place to go and a friend who can bring me..but perhaps I have to wait for another 2 months. Because..my husband is attending a 'kursus' in KL and no one can jaga my son. I even cuti from my fitness dance for 2 months. Lembik lah balik ni badan.

  2. It comes naturally, of course, once you 'fell in love' with sweats and good feelings after each workout, and how it changes your life.

Well, since there's only one to look after, why don't you bring him along to your classes? At first he might be quite a handful to watch out for, but in time he will get used to it and you can attend your classes or gym with him doing his own business by the sideline.

  3. I am not sure about that Veey. Sometimes he and Andre watch me 'zumba'ing, Rhys was so excited that he dance and scream too. And as he saw me among the dancers..he run to me and minta gindung. Terfikir juga bawa dia like what you suggest...but I am afraid...the concentration on that room terganggu nanti. hahahah.

  4. Maybe you should try and find out what are the things or activities that can help him to sit still, by himself, in a corner for a period of an hour or so. He won't have to sit alone that long, every 10 minutes or so you would have to go to him and see how he is doing. I did that with Nicole, when I tagged her along whenever I played badminton. Advantage of being small toddler, there's always someone (who is resting or waiting for their turn) who was eager to sit by her and play with her.
