Another 'days' In My Life

Few months ago I wrote about how I had to turn down a promotion offer. 2 weeks ago, I had to do it again. And for the same, old reason. Only this time, it was not as depressing (as a result from pressure from others) as the first offer. In fact, many even supported me, each in their own way. Thank you very much, everyone.

And, all the same, my personal dealings also growing bigger and bigger. I am not complaining, I am just grateful for the abundant blessings God has given me. I have accounting project for four different clients, project paper for RM500K bank loan, translation projects (Malay to English and vice versa), income tax return and internal auditing of a non-profit organization. The final two projects I do it for free. It's voluntary, my gift to the world.

My daily, paid job is no less than my outside work. So many things to do, but thanks to my hardworking, smart, cooperative team, we manage all our work well. Sometimes need sacrifice in terms of energy and time, but we are paid, and we are happy to do what we do. Our superiors are doing their best in training us, preparing us for a greater post, greater responsibility.

Despite the tight schedule, I am feeling truly blessed and satisfied. God is so good to me. Blessing me with understanding and loving family. Whenever possible, I go out, spending time with my little girl. What could be more fulfilling than that?

Stop every now and then to smell the roses, will you?
